I have owned this RV since September of 2004. I purchased it from Pleasureland RV in St.Cloud, MN. My family and I have thoroughly enjoyed this RV (my six-year-old daughter told me she wishes we could live in it), but the next year or two of vacations are destinations we have to fly to so we’re going to get out of RV’ing for a while. I have spent many hours completing minor repairs and making improvements to this RV and someone is going to benefit from all that work (see below for the highlights). I can send more pictures if you email me at darrenmlowe@gmail.com and ask for them. If you have questions or would like to see it please call me (Darren) at 320-267-2622. I live in Sartell, MN.

• Sleeps 10! There is a pull down bed over the driver and passenger seat and a “bunk” over the main bed in the back. The back area can be setup in several different ways: two couches facing each other (works good when you want to haul a lot of passengers), two single beds with a large walkway between them, a couch and double bed with a small walkway between them, and a wall-to-wall bed across the entire back area (this amounts to a bed larger than a king which could sleep 4 across). The couch up front folds down to a queen bed and the table can be converted to a regular-size bed. We have loved the flexibility of being able to set up sleeping arrangements differently depending on who is traveling with us.
• There is a fold down table between the two swivel rockers, and the rockers are easily removable if want additional floor space.
• Interior in exceptional condition (see pics below).
• New pilot light assembly for the hot water heater in 2006.
• All seems on roof were sealed very well with RV roof sealer in 2004 and again at the end of the 2006 season. They appeared to have been sealed well before that and there is no evidence of leaks anywhere.
• Two air conditioning units which both work great.
• Ford 460 motor that runs great.
• Starter rebuilt in 2006.
• New heavy duty screen in main door and new screen in several windows.
• All batteries (engine and coach) are only a few years old and hold a strong charge. They also charge very well while driving.
• Brake pads have ½ or more left according to tire shop mechanic.
• New water pump in 2006.
• Stereo with front and rear speakers (you can fade it to all in front or all in back).
• Onan Generator that runs great. Improvements I’ve done to the generator include new plugs, new manifold and new dashboard switch.
• Awning works great.
• Only 13K miles on 1 set of duals, the rest of the tires still have good tread too, just not sure how many miles are on them.
• TV Antenna works great.
• All appliances, including a microwave, work great.
• Retractable step that goes in and out automatically when the main door is open or shut.
• Large lockable car top carrier on roof.
• Have manuals for the generator, furnace and all appliances.
• Shower
• Large closet
• 2” x 2” receiver bar style hitch
